Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver:

 

I, by agreeing to this waiver, confirm that I am the owner or person responsible for the dog(s) brought into Spot-On Dog Training Center classes. I understand that Spot-On Dog Training Center and/or class instructor is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses incurred by myself, my dependents, my guests or my dog(s) as a result of participation in this class and I waive and release any such claims resulting from participation in this class.

 

I understand that Spot-On Dog Training Center and/or class instructor is not responsible for any damages caused by my dog(s) to persons, animals or to any property and are not responsible for any injuries or illnesses incurred by myself, my dependents, my guests or to my dog(s) as a result of participation in this class. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spot-On Dog Training Center and its owners and instructors from any such claims.
